Boost your immune system... by writing!

Yes! Keeping an online diary or personal journal regularly can have a very positive impact on the immune system. Simply writing about important experiences for as little as 15 minutes per day can not only reduce stress and anxiety, it also can decrease visits to the physician. Writing regularly in a journal can also increase antibody response, lower heart rate, and electrodermal activity, and lower pain and medication use. This is especially the case if you write in your diary about traumatic life experiences and feelings.
