Let your family and other loved ones know that you’re trying to change your life for the better and are embarking on this program.

• Only use organic products.

Don't

Day 2

• Greet people, smile at people, go out of your way to give a double dose of greetings.

Eat

• No food, juicing only.

Day 3

Do

• A good deed that’s hard for you.
I know all of you already do many good deeds—so try to challenge yourself. This is the same concept as exercising, you can build stamina and make those difficult good deeds become easy

• Seek out and give unconditional love.
Surround yourself with people and pets that make you happy.
Pets are a major asset during this program, as they offer unconditional love.

• Reach out to people who have done you right and repeat how you appreciate them.

Don't

Surround yourself with people who are negative or draining.
Avoid situations where you might bump into a person who will upset you. Surround yourself with positive people, instead of those who focus on gossip and putting others down.

EAT: No food, juicing only.

Eat

• No food, juicing only.

Day 4 - with a special focus on Taste

Do

• Eat mindfully
As you incorporate solid food back into your diet, pay attention to how clean, healthy food tastes. Chew slowly and concentrate on each food as you eat it.

• Keep a journal and write down how you feel now that you’ve cut out all preservatives, additives, and animal byproducts.

Don't

• Gorge yourself or eat too quickly now that the juice cleanse is over.

Day 5 - with a special focus on Smell

Do

• Focus on your breathing.
Get control of your breath through recommended exercises.

• Connect with nature.
Buy a bike, or a new beach towel, or some camping gear. Do whatever it takes to encourage yourself to get out in nature and smell the roses so to speak.

Don't

• Go near anything foul, unclean, or harsh such as garbage and chemicals.

• Lie.
While not directly linked to smell, people can sniff out a liar. This program will not work if you’re not honest. The truth has to come out. If the truth is concealed, it’s a blockage and it will affect your progress. So be especially conscious about being truthful.

Day 6 - with a special focus on Hearing

Do

• Continue to speak softly.

• Enjoy silence.

• Listen to your favorite music.

• Pay attention to the sounds of nature—birds chirping, leaves rustling, waves crashing.

Don't

• Listen to anything harsh, jarring, or negative, including the news.

Day 7 - with a special focus on Sight

Do

• Make sure your sunglasses have good quality lenses

• Take some time to unplug from your phone, iPad, laptop, and social media. Only use your telephone when it’s absolutely necessary.

• Go out in nature and look at trees, budding flowers, the sky.

Don't

• Watch violent TV shows, movies, or even the news (if something major happens, someone will tell you about it).

• Look or stare at the opposite sex. When you walk, keep your eyes looking slightly downward and your chin tucked in.

Day 8 - with a special focus on Touch

Do

• Walk barefoot as often as you can.

• Go to the beach and feel the sand on your toes and fingers.

• Visit an energy healer, if it’s available to you.

• Try on all your clothes and get rid of all the things you don't wear.

Be sure to give them to someone who can use them. It's best to go out of your way to find a person or family. Do not throw it a charity box for pick up. If you decide to sell your clothing, you must give the money to a poor person.

Don't

• Touch anything harsh, unclean, or uncomfortable.
